What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, together with the page from which you wrote. We use standard server logs for security.

How we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and arrange the travel you request. We do not sell or rent personal information. Booking details are shared with the train operator (Trenes Turísticos de Lujo / Renfe) and service providers only as required to deliver your journey.

Retention & your rights

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above. Write to travel@palacetours.com to access or delete your information.
